Mead Me in the Meadow is a refreshing mix of Bulleit bourbon fizz, hopped mead and elderflower syrup, with a splash of lemon and grapefruit juice. Cool, Calamansi and Collected is made with vermouth, Fords Gin, calamansi shrub and Aperol, served over crushed ice and topped with bitters. Smooth Sailor is a non-alcoholic delight made with Noble’s pinot noir grape-juice-based verjus, lemon and pineapple juice and black cardamom. The mouth-watering food menu has been expanded, with the amazing meat-free Impossible Burger proving a hit with vegetarians and carnivores alike. New hot dogs and desserts have also been added, making it easier than ever to linger longer at PDT.
